Don’t miss the opportunity to tailor a unique lunch-and-learn experience right on the exhibit hall floor! Unveil your latest product, conduct a company overview for enhanced brand exposure, or deliver an engaging lecture that attendees won’t forget. Sponsors are tasked with handling all aspects of content creation, marketing and promotion, and production of the Learning Lab. Learning Labs are considered a sponsorship and are not eligible for ACVS RACE credit.

Customize an industry event designed for networking and the promotion of products and services to Surgery Summit attendees. Breakfast and lunch opportunities are available. Industry events are located in daily seminar rooms and will remain in theatre-style seating; sponsors should take this into consideration when ordering food and beverage.

The package includes a meeting room with a 100-person capacity, event recognition on the Surgery Summit website and mobile app, the sponsor’s logo displayed on signage within assigned space, AV (screen, projector, and microphone), and the opportunity to scan attendee badges. The sponsor is responsible for securing a speaker, event content, food and beverage, production of the industry event, and the rental of a lead retrieval device if they move forward with scanning attendee badges. Industry Events are considered a sponsorship and are not eligible for ACVS RACE credit.

New in 2025! Sponsor a morning seminar on Friday, October 24, that aligns with your company’s initiatives.  For the first time ever, ACVS is offering sponsors the opportunity to recommend the topic and speaker, subject to final approval by ACVS. This seminar will also contribute to attendees earning RACE Credits, ensuring higher attendance. The sponsor will be responsible for providing a continental breakfast. Limited to two opportunities on Friday, October 24.

Boost foot traffic with the Exhibit Hall Bingo Game! This is your chance to engage with attendees as they visit your booth to collect stamps for their bingo cards. As a participant, your company logo and booth number will be featured on the bingo cards, driving more attendees to your booth and increasing your exposure in a fun, interactive way.

The package includes the sponsor’s logo prominently featured on the Surgery Summit website and mobile app, signage throughout the reception area, branded drink tickets for the event, and the opportunity to place small promotional items on the tables. The sponsor also has the option to scan leads as attendees arrive at the reception. The sponsor is responsible for renting the lead retrieval device.
