Disclaimer: Cash-and-carry exhibit companies are prohibited (Examples: TENS machines, massage devices, human cosmetics, etc.). Exhibit supplies, devices, and equipment may not be tested on attendees. By reserving a booth, you agree to this policy and will abide by the regulations on-site.
Payment Terms: Payment in full is due within 30 days of booth reservation, or the booth will be released for resale. For reservations made after July 7, 2025, payment is due at the time of registration. ACVS accepts payments for exhibits and sponsorships by check or credit card. Please note, ACVS does not accept wire transfers for the annual Surgery Summit.
Cancellation Policy: Notification of booth space cancellation must be submitted in writing to ACVS. If notice of cancellation is received before July 7, 2025, ACVS will refund the exhibit fee less a service charge of $500; on or after July 7, 2025, the exhibitor forfeits 100% of total cost of exhibit space reserved and assigned. Cancellations cannot be applied towards future events.
