The results from the survey are informative and show a range of resident experiences and expectations about ACVS and training programs. The findings support efforts already underway within the College from the 2022–2027 ACVS Strategic Plan. The data also identifies new activities for ACVS to explore to improve the certification process and support residents at all stages of their journeys toward board certification.
