Ron guided me in my career with both loyalty and honesty. When a frustrating situation happened, he knew how to encourage me through it, to come out on top. I always knew when I got pulled aside for a “talk,” I was going to be better off with his perspective and knowledge. He mentored me in work and life, even helping me choose my husband and brought me to tears with his wedding toast.

I’ve had the good fortune of working with many wonderful residents over the years. All were good people of sound character who worked hard and had a strong desire to excel. I am convinced that I learned more from them than they did from me; I know I am a better person for having known them.
