Dr. Ross was an unforgettable mentor who stood out amongst a group of very distinguished surgeons. His passion and attention to detail, from the initial examination of the horse through the postoperative care, truly shaped the surgeon I am today. There are few in this field who have the gift of delicate soft tissue handling that he has. I will be forever grateful for his guidance and teaching.

Dr. Mike Ross has been one of the most influential veterinary influences of my career. As a mentor, one must invest in the success of his mentee.
